Goat Bar Prep Deferral Policy
We get it, sometimes shit happens and you can’t take the bar exam as planned. If you purchased the a previous full bundle but are unable to sit for the next bar exam, you may extend your access to the next cycle at a discounted rate.
Who Is Eligible?
- You must have purchased a previous full bundle.
- You must request a deferral before the exam.
- You must confirm that you are not taking the bar exam (you can't just request the lower fee for a friend to take it once you pass for example)

Deferral Cost
- $200 flat fee to extend your access to the next bar cycle.
- This fee applies whether you originally purchased normal access or early access bundles.

Important Rules
- You can only defer once. If you defer to J26 and then can’t take the exam again, you must re-enroll at full price.
- Deferral requests must be made before the exam date. You cannot request a deferral afterward.

How to Request a Deferral
- Send an email to support@goatbarprep.net with your order details and confirmation that you are not sitting for the exam.
FAQ
What if I forget to request a deferral before the exam?
Unfortunately, we can’t grant deferrals after February 20, 2026. This prevents misuse of the policy.
Can I defer more than once?
No, you can only defer once. If you need access beyond the next cycle, you must re-enroll at full price.
