We get it, sometimes shit happens and you can’t take the bar exam as planned. If you purchased the F26 Bundle but are unable to sit for the February 2026 bar exam, you may extend your access to the next cycle (J26) at a discounted rate.
- You must have purchased the F26 Bundle or the Early Access Bundle (during J25).
- You must request a deferral before February 20, 2026 (the Friday before the exam).
- You must confirm that you are not taking the F26 bar exam.
- $150 flat fee to extend your access to the next bar cycle (J26).
- This fee applies whether you originally purchased normal access or early access bundles.
- You can only defer once. If you defer to J26 and then can’t take the exam again, you must re-enroll at full price.
- Deferral requests must be made before the exam date. You cannot request a deferral afterward.
- Send an email to support@goatbarprep.net with your order details and confirmation that you are not sitting for the exam.
