Goat Bar Prep Deferral Policy
We get it—sometimes shit happens and you can’t take the bar exam as planned. If you purchase the J25 Bundle but are unable to sit for the July 2025 bar exam, you may extend your access to the next cycle (F26) at a discounted rate.
Who Is Eligible?
- You must have purchased the J25 Bundle or the Extended Access Bundle (during F25).
- You must request a deferral before July 25, 2025 (the Friday before the exam).
- You must confirm that you are not taking the J25 bar exam.

Deferral Cost
- $150 flat fee to extend your access to the next bar cycle (F26).
- This fee applies whether you originally purchased normal access or extended access bundles.

- You can only defer once. If you defer to F26 and then can’t take the exam again, you must re-enroll at full price.

How to Request a Deferral

FAQ
What if I forget to request a deferral before the exam?
Unfortunately, we can’t grant deferrals after July 25, 2025. This prevents misuse of the policy.
Can I defer more than once?
No, you can only defer once. If you need access beyond the next cycle, you must re-enroll at full price.
