I finished the first NextGen module in Evidence. The topic is relevance. The evidence NextGen sourcebook has 36 areas of evidence law that you must memorize and this was the first. The sourcebook is nice because it also outlines exactly which law will be tested in each section.

I'm going to include the NextGen modules in the UBE bundle content as well for free as a bonus because the truth is... they basically both test on the same things in slightly different ways. You should read it if you are taking the UBE as they are shifting the UBE multiple choice to a more "NextGen" style anyway
I hate to break it to you - the NextGen test is basically the UBE with a fancy top-hat. At least it seems a little easier though and more practical so I'm happy for those that get to take it.
