MEE - Will Modification

This is me after I upload a new module.

We're getting back into wills today with a new module on Will Modification.

In case you weren't aware, will modification is where a person writes a will and then... changes something... about that will.

It can be more complicated that that, though. Maybe they got divorced, bought a new car, decided their child was no longer worthy of their Labubu collection, etc.

You can find it in the free MEE Course.

Pretty simple. General partnerships are dangerous for this reason.

We'll learn:
- How to modify a will using a codicil (and why it still has to follow the same formalities)
- What counts as a revocation, whether by writing, destruction, or emotional chaos
- The wild world of revival, when an old will might come back from the dead
- The Dependent Relative Revocation doctrine (DRR)
- Why gifts to ex-spouses usually vanish by law
- What happens when someone types a brand-new gift at the bottom of a printed will and thinks it’s legally binding (it isn’t)

We're almost at the finish line. Let's keep grinding until the end.
