If you haven't, you need to check out the last part of the Motions section I just uploaded in the
Civil Procedure course.
It's called "New Trial Motions" and is really a ton of fun. I think Bulkstripe might become a recurring character. Some people think he's scary but he's not. Ok?
The last two sections of CivPro are short and I'll get them out ASAP.
