We are nearing the end of Intentional Torts today in the Torts course, with a new module on Trespass to Chattel.
Pretty simple. General partnerships are dangerous for this reason.

In this one we cover:
- You do not have to destroy it. Even minor interference can count if it actually causes harm or serious inconvenience.
- Mistake is not a defense. Grabbing the wrong laptop at Starbucks still makes you a tortfeasor.
- General intent is enough. You meant to grab it, move it, or ride it into the sunset? That is all we need.
- No actual evil required. Good motives still get you sued.
